Ingredients:
3 cl Mathier gin
1 cl sugar syrup
Farinet White
Lemon zest
Ice cubes
Preparation: Briefly shake
gin and sugar syrup with ice cubes. Strain into a chilled glass and top up with Farinet Weiss. Finally, flavor with a lemon zest.
