Discount for Collection at the Salgesch Winery

For wines collected from the winery and paid for in cash, we grant a discount of CHF 1.– per 75 cl bottle and CHF 0.50 per 50 cl bottle.

International / Export

Wine lovers residing outside Switzerland may contact our Berlin branch directly (www.schweizerweine.de). From Berlin, we ship our wines throughout the EU. Orders from outside Switzerland will be forwarded to Berlin.

Delivery

Free delivery for orders of CHF 300.– or more. Deliveries below CHF 300.– are carried out by a transport service.

Contribution to delivery costs: CHF 20.-

Gift Boxes / Gift Shipping

Throughout the year, various ready-made gift boxes are available, either for immediate collection or for shipping to the address of your choice. All we need is the recipient’s address and, if desired, an accompanying card. We take care of everything else for you.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers are available upon request. Simply let us know the desired amount, and we will send you the voucher as soon as the amount is paied.

Payment

Payment is due in full, without deduction, upon receipt of the invoice. Unauthorised deductions will be charged subsequently. For customers unknown to us, delivery will be made, subject to prior consultation, against advance payment or after payment by credit card. Our online payment system is operated by PostFinance Switzerland.

Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Albert Mathier & Söhne AG until full payment has been received.

Return conditions

Albert Mathier & Söhne AG does not accept returns of goods without prior approval. Surplus goods may only be returned if they are in perfect condition and remain part of the Albert Mathier & Söhne AG product range. Credits are only issued for original cartons sealed by Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed with Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. Special orders cannot be returned.

Wine Tastings and Experiences – Reservations and Cancellation Conditions

The reservation becomes binding upon written confirmation by Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. No additional confirmation from the customer is required.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed date. In the event of late cancellation or no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge costs actually incurred and no longer recoverable, particularly those related to additional staff scheduled and catering.

Different cancellation conditions may apply to individually arranged experiences. These conditions will be communicated to the customer before the reservation is definitively confirmed.

Sale to Minors

We generally do not sell alcohol to persons under the age of 18. By providing their date of birth, customers enable us to verify their age and comply with legal requirements.
