Domaine de Ravoire AG is now owned by Albert Mathier & Söhne AG. Half of the shares in Domaine de Ravoire AG are to be sold to a broad public with an interest in wine.
The aim of this opening is to provide a multifunctional platform for the areas of viticulture and wine marketing.
This platform is both a marketing organization and an exclusive network. For the new shareholders, it represents an opportunity to become more intensively involved in the wine business, to become the owner of a vineyard and to obtain their “own wine”.
The wines of the Domaine de Ravoire®.
Our aim is to work with you to produce a high-quality wine. As a shareholder, you will gain an exclusive insight into how the wine is made and how it is made marketable.
The Domaine de Ravoire® vineyard.
The Ravoire vineyard has existed since 1874 and includes three main terraces and many natural stone walls, as well as a small vineyard house. The natural stone walls were renovated during the Second World War. This vineyard is a cultural heritage of Valais viticulture.
The main assets of Domaine de Ravoire AG are the vineyard and the resulting wine. As a shareholder, you will be confronted with decisions that we would like to make together. Is ageing in wooden barrels the only way to make our wine? What’s the deal with glass tapping? In addition to the Annual General Meeting, we will address a variety of individual topics and discuss them with you.
We also plan to offer training courses in the vineyard and cellar exclusively for our shareholders.
