Dear wine connoisseurs
Do you remember the first Niiws us um Hüus? About 13 months ago, “an exceptional situation” was declared.
And now we are facing a new milestone in Corona history. This week, the restaurant terraces reopen, with more small openings to follow. We are pleased.
Fortunately, we have come through the pandemic so far without any major “corona damage”; health and caution come first.
In that sense, my comments from last year are still top-notch. Below is the copy from the Niiws us um Hüüs of 16.03.2020:

And also tastings are possible again and the obligatory “Niiws-Üstüsch” in the Carnotzet or in the Amphorium goes more smoothly again. Our pleasure and the Valais sun await you.
Allow me to add a small qualification: “in compliance with the increased hygiene standards and appropriate social distance”.
Our homemade disinfectant is available (note, unfortunately, is not for drinking, despite the seductive scent) and tracing software is also available.
We have prepared a lot of new things, made the old ones a little bit better, mmmmhhh, there are fine things coming.
