Vinifikation
The wine family Albert Mathier & Sons accompanies their wines carefully and gently. The Aphrodine® is aged without BSA (Biological Acid Degradation) and ferments directly in specially selected barriques. Vinum Lignum® Aphrodine® is also aged in this barrique for 12 months.
